In response to the ever-changing oil market, we offer pricing programs that help our customers plan ahead for the heating season. The prices in these programs will change with the market, giving you the ability to decide when it is the right time to purchase your oil for the heating season.
These programs are open for enrollment: May 1st through October 31st each year.

Pre-Payment Plan
This is our original pricing plan designed to protect customers from fluctuating oil prices. The pre-payment program allows you to purchase your entire supply of oil at a special predefined rate. By purchasing your oil in advance, you no longer have to worry about what the price of oil will be throughout the heating season. You will be required to pay for your oil at the time of signing the contract.
- You purchase a year’s supply of oil.
- The price per gallon will never change on your prepaid gallons. Your rate only changes if you use more than your prepaid gallon amount.
- You must be on automatic delivery throughout the year.
- Due to unusually high daily price fluctuations, your pre-payment price is not set until payment is received.
- These gallons must be used in the 2024-2025 heating season. The dollar amount of any unused gallons will be credited to your account after April 30, 2025.
Budget Cap
Our new pricing plan allows customers to place a cap on the price of oil and divide their heating costs into monthly payments. This flexible program ensures your price does not exceed the cap rate and allows your cost of oil to adjust to a lower rate should the price of oil fall more than ten cents. You are required to pay for the first month at the time of signing the contract.
- Customers purchase insurance that allows them to benefit from drops in the oil price. If the price drops more than ten cents per gallon below your cap price, you will be billed at the lower rate.
- The insurance and your heating costs are divided into twelve equal monthly payments. You always know exactly what your monthly expense will be.
- Due to unusually high daily price fluctuations, your budget cap price is not set until the contract is signed and your initial payment is received.
- You must be on automatic delivery throughout the year.
- Budget cap price terminates April 30, 2025.
