About Our Budget Cap Agreement - This program is currently OPEN. Please log into your online account to see pricing and plan information.
This pricing plan allows customers to place a cap on the price of oil and divide their heating costs into twelve monthly payments. This flexible program ensures your price does not exceed the cap rate and allows your cost of oil to adjust to a lower rate should the price of oil fall more than ten cents. You are required to pay for the first month at the time of signing the contract.
- Customers purchase insurance that allows them to benefit from drops in the oil price. If the price drops more than ten cents per gallon below your cap price, you will be billed at the lower rate.
- The insurance and your heating costs are divided into twelve equal monthly payments. You always know exactly what your monthly expense will be.
- Due to unusually high daily price fluctuations, your budget cap price is not set until the contract is signed and your initial payment is received.
- You must be on automatic delivery throughout the year.
Budget cap price terminates April 30, 2025.
