Automatic Delivery
As an automatic customer you will never have to worry about running out of oil. For no additional charge, we will monitor the level of oil in your tank based on your household’s individual usage and only deliver on an as-needed basis. We use the latest technology to forecast your usage by using a degree day system that measures the changes in the weather throughout the year. When you are on automatic delivery, it is our responsibility to make sure you always have a constant supply of oil, which gives you one less thing to worry about when caring for your home.
Will Call
As a will call customer, you are responsible for monitoring the level of oil in your tank and will need to call our office when you are due for a delivery. We recommend that our customers call when their oil tank is down to a 1/4 full. Please allow one business day when placing an order. Our minimum delivery is 150 gallons.
Please note: If you should let your tank run out of oil while you are on will call status any service problems will be billed at the prevailing rates.
