How would you like your oil delivered?

With automatic delivery, for no additional charge, we will monitor the level of oil in your tank based on your household's individual usage and only deliver on an as-needed basis. We use the latest technology to forecast your usage by using a degree day system that measures the changes in the weather throughout the year. When you are on automatic delivery, it is our responsibility to make sure you always have a constant supply of oil, which gives you one less thing to worry about when caring for your home.

As a will call customer, you are responsible for monitoring the level of oil in your tank and will need to call our office when you are due for a delivery. We recommend that our customers call when their oil tank is down to a 1/4 full. Please allow one business day when placing an order.

Terms and Conditions

By completing this application you hereby agree that all information contained herein is true to the best of your knowledge. This information is provided for the purpose of obtaining credit. You agree with our terms which are payment of all invoices unless otherwise specified and are due and payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice. A late penalty interest charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) shall be payable on all accounts unpaid after 30 days. You also agree to pay for all collection cost and reasonable attorney's fees.

The property owner acknowledges and agrees that Roman Oil Co. shall not be held responsible for the condition of the oil tank located at the property or any loss which results from a failure of such oil tank. The property owner acknowledges and agrees that it is responsible to ensure that the overall condition of the tank is suitable for the delivery and storage of oil.
